  3. Transferability: If you cancel your services or switch developers, you can transfer your domain name to another registrar of your choice. If you’re subscribed to one of our Monthly Website Packages, your website will be backed up weekly to a different server in a separate location to ensure your data is safe and secure. Backups are stored for 14 days, giving us plenty of time to restore your site in case of any issues. 

All our backups are stored at a different location than where our hosting servers are housed. This allows for a continuity plan should one of the locations burn down or get flooded.

If you manage your own site, we recommend implementing a similar backup routine, and we’d be happy to set it up for you!

An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate ensures that data exchanged between your website and its visitors is encrypted and secure. It protects sensitive information like personal details, passwords, and payment data from being intercepted or tampered with.

If you decide to cancel your Monthly Web Design Package, please note the following terms:

  • Minimum Commitment: Cancellation is not permitted until at least 12 months after signing the contract. If you locked into a longer contract, cancellation is permitted after the first year, but a buyout fee will apply.

  • Buyout Fees:

    • After one year: Equivalent to 18 months of your original monthly package cost.
    • After two years: Equivalent to 12 months of your original monthly package cost.
    • After three or more years: Equivalent to 6 months of your original monthly package cost.

By opting for the buyout, you take full ownership of your website files and assume all responsibilities, including updates, maintenance, resolving errors, and covering costs such as hosting, domain names, and licenses.

For any of our other monthly services, such as Social Media Management or Search Engine Optimization, cancellation is allowed at any time unless you signed up for a minimum term length to waive setup costs. In that case, you can cancel once the minimum term is fulfilled without any penalties.
