TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Overview
The WBC Designs Affiliate Marketing Program (“Program”) allows affiliates to refer new clients to WBC Designs and earn commissions. By participating in the Program, affiliates agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
- Existing clients of WBC Designs are eligible to participate.
- Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account to receive commissions. Otherwise a credit will be issued on their account which can be used towards products and services offered by WBC Designs.
3. Referral Process
- Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate tracking URL upon registration.
- Affiliates share this URL with potential clients.
- Referred clients must use the affiliate’s unique URL during the sign-up process.
- Commissions are earned when referred clients make their first purchase.
4. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a $50 commission for each successful referral.
- Existing clients receive a $50 credit on their WBC Designs account for each successful referral.
5. Qualified Referrals
- Referrals must be new clients who have not previously used WBC Designs’ services.
- Referrals must sign up for one of the following monthly packages:
- SEO Monthly Package
- SMM Monthly Package
- Web Design Monthly Package
- Web Hosting Monthly Package
- The referred client’s package value must be greater than $50 per month.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:
- Fraud: Creating fake accounts or using deceptive practices to generate referrals.
- Disparagement: Making negative or false statements about WBC Designs.
- False Promises: Misleading potential clients about WBC Designs’ products or services.
- Spamming: Unsolicited emails or messages promoting the Program.
7. Payment
- Commissions are managed via your client center.
- Minimum payout threshold: $50.
- Payments are processed within 31 days after the end of each month.
- Commission is withheld for 31 days after your referred client has made their initial payment.
8. Termination
WBC Designs reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program for violation of these terms.
