Accessibility Statement for WBC Designs

At WBC Designs, we believe the internet should be accessible to everyone.

We’re committed to making our website and services inclusive and user-friendly for all people—regardless of ability, technology, or situation. Our ongoing efforts aim to ensure that everyone can navigate, interact with, and understand the content on our site without barriers.

As part of our mission to make great web design and digital marketing accessible to everyone, we’re especially passionate about supporting individuals and organizations with smaller budgets and limited resources. Inclusivity isn’t just a feature—it’s a foundation.

What We’re Doing

We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are developed through the W3C process to provide a shared standard for web content accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organizations, and governments internationally.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA—with Level AA being the target for most organizations and the standard we aim to meet.

This means:

  • Using clear headings and semantic structure for screen readers

  • Ensuring high color contrast for readability

  • Making our site navigable by keyboard

  • Adding meaningful alt text to all important images

  • Designing for mobile and assistive technologies

Where We’re Still Improving

Accessibility is a journey, not a checkbox. While we design with accessibility in mind, we know there’s always room to grow. Some areas may still need improvement, and we’re continually learning and updating our practices.
